Brief Description:  Fuselage Interior Paint Complete - Part 1

It took about four hours to get all the little bits of masking tap and aluminium foil off, but I'm happy to report all of the masking went very well. There is little, if any, over spray anywhere, particularly on the wires. I always hate it when I see paint over spray on wires so I took extra precautions to make sure the wiring was bundled up well.

Overall, the paint came out very nice. I really like the texture. I wish that it was a little less "glossy", but other than that I'm very pleased. I left the heater on in the shop for a couple of days which keeps the temps about 68 degrees to make sure that the paint would cure completely. By Thursday, it seems very hard now and I don't really smell it out-gassing anymore.

Now begins the process of reinstalling everything for the last time. I really like assembly, so this would probably be the most fun part of the project. Particularly knowing that I won't have to take any of it apart again - well, in theory... ;-)
