Brief Description: Engine Cowling Gets First Gelcoat - Part 1
The first coat of gelcoat when on the new RV-8 engine cowling this afternoon. It looks soo, soo, sweet!!! And now for some sanding...
I love the black satin gelcoat, btw. It was dyed that color originally so that when it was sprayed on the windshield bezel any that showed though the fiberglass bezel would match the black dyed epoxy resin.
