Well, the trim tab came out perfect and I'm really pleased with the mating to the Elevator. That being said, I'm less than pleased with the for/aft alignment of the Trim Tab. The Trim Tab hangs past the Elevator trailing edge by about 1/8" of an inch. It is 1/8" along the whole distance of the Trim Tab. In looking at the cause, it appears that the skins are all cut such that you are suppose to use the roundy part of the hinge and not the square cutout when aligning the hinge for drilling. This would account for 1/16" on each side and would add up to the 1/8" overhang I'm seeing. Grrrrrr....
