The Front Turtle Deck skin came out nearly perfect thanks to Van's prepunch. The skin is now complete as is the understructure including match drilling, deburring, dimpling, and edge filing. Its basically ready for a shot of primer on the under side and then riveting. To ease the installation of the avionics, final riveting will not be completed until near the end of the construction process. Also, note the sweet fit of the forward baggage door. Nice.
